Learning to program gives young people the opportunity to truly understand the world around them. Coding enables young people to create, explore and express themselves with technology. Learning these skills young equip young people with the knowledge to be active participants rather than passive consumers in today's connected world.
An avid technology fan, Giustina joined CoderDojo as the first employee in January 2013. Previously she managed the Irish operations of Dogpatch Labs, a co-working space for startup technology companies. In July 2016, she was appointed as the first Executive Director of the Foundation, responsible for overseeing its programs and operations. She Champions the Docklands Dojo in Dublin 1. Giustina, holds an Msc in Management (Innovation in Social Enterprise) from DCU, and an MA in International Politics and Human Rights from City University London.
